Menu Plan Monday (2/15)



Breakfast- Frozen Pancakes, Oatmeal & Toast, Cereal, muffins or yogurt
Lunch-leftovers, sandwiches or weight watchers meals (for adults)

Monday
Snack: Candy!!! (it was Valentine's Day yesterday, folks!!)
Dinner: Beef Stew & wild berry bread

Tuesday
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry, with rice and veggies & mandarin oranges

Wednesday
Snack: Pudding
Dinner: Hot Dogs, Pasta Salad and fruit

Thursday
Snack: Cookies
Dinner: Cheese Ravioli and Garlic Bread

Friday
Snack: Muffins
Dinner: Homemade whole wheat pizza and pineapples

Saturday
Brunch: Peach Cobbler
Snack: Chex Mix
Midafternoon-early evening dinner: Whole roasted lemon pepper chicken with carrots and potatoes, homemade apple sauce and rolls

Sunday
Snack: yogurt & cereal
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: pork chops, stuffing & asparagus
